1. General Use

By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Memberships and Class Bookings

All memberships and class bookings are subject to availability.

New memberships and classes are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals unless specifically stated otherwise.

Membership cancellations must be made in writing and adhere to any notice period stipulated at the time of purchase.


3. Special Offers and Discounts

Special offers and discounts are subject to specific terms, including the duration and scope of the offer. These will be communicated clearly in promotional materials.

Ladies-Only Classes: These classes are designed exclusively for biological women. By booking or attending these sessions, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Children’s Classes: These classes are strictly for children within the specified age range (e.g., under 8's etc). Adults or individuals not in the age category listed are not permitted to participate, and guardians are responsible for ensuring correct age compliance.

Special offers, including but not limited to free classes, discounts, or packages, may only apply to select courses and are limited to the specified time frame.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

Classes, including special courses and personal training sessions, require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellations. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Refunds are not available for membership fees unless exceptional circumstances apply, as assessed by New Dawn Fit management.

If a class or session is canceled by New Dawn Fit, you will be offered an alternative option to reschedule or if none is offered, you will receive a refund.


5. Health and Safety

All participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and healthy enough to attend classes. If in doubt, consult your doctor before engaging in physical activity.

New Dawn Fit is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in classes, as all individuals participate at their own risk.


6. Minors

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless attending a specific children's class or agreed with by New Dawn Fit Staff.

Parental consent is required for minors to participate in any classes or activities.


7. Conduct

New Dawn Fit reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who displays inappropriate behavior or does not comply with the rules and policies of the gym or classes.

We aim to provide a safe and respectful environment for all participants. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.


8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, and media, is the property of New Dawn Fit unless stated otherwise. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission from New Dawn senior management.

9. Changes to Terms

New Dawn Fit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Dawn Fit shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the website, facilities, or services.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

12. October Special Offer Terms and Conditions

The October Special Offer is available from October 1st to October 31st.

New customers who sign up for our 1 Class per Week Package (£32pcm) during this period will automatically be upgraded to our Unlimited Package (£49pcm), giving access to all eligible adult classes and gym membership.

This offer applies to adult classes only and is not valid for children's or age-restricted classes.

The upgrade is valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase and cannot be extended beyond that time frame.

After the promotional period, memberships will revert to their regular pricing unless otherwise stated.

This offer is applicable only to new customers and current members who opt in during the promotion period.

The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Eligibility for specific classes is subject to availability and class-specific restrictions (e.g., age-appropriate classes or ladies-only sessions for biological women).
